Fix error in BFG weapon damage for Atlas (should be 80 damage, not 40)
Fix error in veterency stats for the Atlas LIGHT Guns. (There is a visual display bug for these stats in game, updated numbers shown in the Unit Encyclopedia to be accurate to how much damage is actually done.)
Fix error in veterency stats for the Hornet Attack Speed. (The correct values are 1/3, 2/7, and 1/4)
Fix error in Vulcan weapon stats (should be +2 vs Light, not +1.5 vs Light)

Fix Command Post cost (should be 400 Luminite, not 4000)
Fix Solar Habitat armor rating (should be 0, not 5)
Update combat stats chart to properly account for attributes on these units: Hedgehog, Lancer, Atlas, Magmadon, Hellborne. (e.g properly apply bonus damge vs light, heavy, and structures)
Fix issue where "Damage per Hit" would display the wrong number if "Damage per Second" was a decimal (rounding error)
